Quality

The goal of introducing the ISO 9001:2000 procedures in 2003 was the reformation of the company and the consolidation of the quality management system with the then existing management system. This brought us to the point that in the moment of receiving an order and planning the production we give our customer the certainty of a professional service and a high quality product.

Since 2007 Hegard has the ISO 9001:2000 quality management certificate issued by TÜV Süd Management Service GmbH.

The subject area of our quality management system includes:
  • The production of rolls out of thermal paper, offset paper, self copy paper and ink-jet paper
  • Print on paper sheets and rolls
  • Imprint design
  • Mastering of paper
Meeting the requirements of our customers decides about the volume of production and sales and the development of our company. This is why we treat the certificate as a commitment for continuous improvement and maintenance of the ISO 9001:2000 quality management system.
